Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate Workflow streams within the IDD Digital Program including developing Workflow stream project planning, budgeting, and aligning plans and costs back to the overall program plan.

  • Projects are delivered within the agreed Time, Cost, Functionalty and Quality.

  • Manage the Implementation and Standardisation programs and projects by driving project timelines and Project Tasks, and identify and manage the Risks, Issues, Decisions, and Change Requests that impact the successful delivery of the program and project.

  • Where applicable, ensure the required documentation is delivered to a high standard including Procedure, Tools, Knowledge and handover documents.

  • Training materials are delivered to a high standard.

  • Successful handover to Business, ICT Operations and Systems Mobilisation teams.

  • Ensure and govern that policies related to application accesses, roles, and identities are executed as per defined by Information Security Management

  • Contribute to sharing of knowledge and information within own function and with the business

  • Maintain strong, productive relationships with internal clients and other key stakeholders

  • Build and manage effective operational relationships external service providers.

  • Understand key stakeholder needs and manage expectations to ensure the delivery of effective outcomes

  • Provide professional and timely advice to internal clients

Requirements

  • Preferably degree qualified in Survey/Engineering, Business, ICT or other relevant qualification

  • Preferably 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role

  • Demonstrable experience with the management, administration and delivery of Digital Systems and Technologies.

  • 3-5 years of project management experience in ICT initiatives

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Preferably Service Now)

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload.

  • Strong skills in software system troubleshooting and issue resolution

  • Familiarity with best practice Change Management and Configuration Management

  • Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple levels, with the Survey internal stakeholders, vendors and other stakeholders.

  • Understanding of contemporary Digital technologies and concepts such as ICT Networks, Security and Authentication, End User Computing, Virtualised Environments and Cloud Computing

  • Understanding of activities associated with process change and training execution.

About the Role

The ICT Business Systems Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating Workflow streams.
The role will assist in driving streams of work covering People, Process and Technology elements within the company.
