Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive 360 marketing strategies that promote product and brand awareness, increase consumer engagement, and foster brand loyalty.

  • Establish and implement effective digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising, aligned with overall business goals.

  • Create and manage retail marketing initiatives, focusing on consumer engagement through in-store promotions, events, and other retail-specific strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute advertising and promotional plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Branding, Retail, Digital Marketing, and Sponsorship, and alike.

  • Proven expertise in retail marketing with a specialization in digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of 360 marketing strategies and how they contribute to business growth.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
