Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive 360 marketing strategies that promote product and brand awareness, increase consumer engagement, and foster brand loyalty.
Establish and implement effective digital marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising, aligned with overall business goals.
Create and manage retail marketing initiatives, focusing on consumer engagement through in-store promotions, events, and other retail-specific strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute advertising and promotional plans.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Branding, Retail, Digital Marketing, and Sponsorship, and alike.
Proven expertise in retail marketing with a specialization in digital marketing.
Strong understanding of 360 marketing strategies and how they contribute to business growth.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
