Responsibilities
Ensures the achievement of both marketing and sales targets.
Provides guidance in the design, implementation, and monitoring of short and medium-term marketing and sales plans, founded on sound sales forecasting and a good understanding of market opportunities.
Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales operational goals
Prepare annual budget guidelines to meet marketing and sales financial goals
Provide guidance in the development of field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals
Identify different consumer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities
Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability
Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationships with important clients
Gather, investigate, and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports
Stay up to date on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending conferences and workshops, reading professional publications, maintaining a personal network and joining professional organizations
Supports the group’s people development endeavors in order to arrive at the most effective organizational design that would aid in the achievement of goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or related field.
10 - 15 years of experience in an executive Sales & Marketing Role.
7+ years experience in a real estate & property development company
5+ years in a Management position
Broker’s License optional, but highly preferred
Ideal candidate is someone with strong exposure to sales management, channel development, broker network relationship management, and corporate sales.
Very experienced with broker relationship management
About the Role
As the Group Head of Sales & Marketing, you will provide strategic direction to the Sales & Marketing teams in order to achieve department's overall objectives and operational efficiency and effectiveness. Overall in-charge of delivering target short and medium term corporate revenue through the development of sound marketing plans, installation of distribution/sales channels, and implementation of appropriate sales strategies.
