Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing sales force.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential risks in the real estate and property development sectors.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.

  • Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, including negotiations, contract management, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to align sales strategies with project timelines and objectives, ensuring successful project launches and completions.

  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • A valid Broker's License is required and must be in good standing.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
