Identify and agree any co-located or shared technical infrastructure needs, software package interoperability requirements and standards to be used by each team member to deliver PIM.
Has detailed experience in using digital tools and workflows for the following:
Development of Construction Digital Twin
Construction Visual Planning
VR & AR
3D, 4D, 5D, 6D & 7D methodologies
Management of Digital Controls and Standards, prescription of LOD/LOI tables and pass down into supply and procurement.
Population of the Asset Database, focusing on Commissioning Activities and Asset Information.
Producing BOQ and Cost Planning inputs from the model
Understand the importance of a standard consistent naming convention for all functions, across all projects.
Measure the embodied carbon in the materials of the reference design and final design.
Integrating data systems to sync files without downloading/uploading manually
Linking records to a modelled object or physical location
Produce the program from the model
Collecting data from multiple systems and projects into a single cloud based platform for reporting and dashboarding
The Senior Digital Engineering Manager is responsible for collaboration with the Discipline subject matter experts including the Spatial/GIS Lead, Survey Lead, Quality Lead, Project Controls Lead and other Technical Deliverable Leads.

Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, related Architectural, Engineering & Construction (AEC) field or suitable industry experience
Minimum 15+ years experience in delivering major infrastructure projects
Experience in Managing Digital Engineering through design and construction phase of major infrastructure projects.
Ability to influence with strong management skills. Comfortable engaging with all project stakeholders.
Lead, engage and inspire stakeholders to adopt digital processes and technology.
Experience in developing strategy for full project lifecycle approach to digital delivery
Demonstrated experience in identifying project information requirements and managing digital data across major infrastructure projects
Understanding the contractual obligations in the delivery of project Digital Engineering Management Plan (DEMP) and associated subplans.
Understanding of link between BIM, CAD, GIS, Survey and O&M
Demonstrated commercial experience to include planning ahead for duration of design and construction deliverables, reporting against plan and cost.
High level of design coordination and technical understanding.
Development and implementation of project standards, methods and procedures in accordance with ISO19650
