Noel Gamboa is the managing director and founder of CapMan Consulting, currently heading business development strategy. His industry expertise covers renewable energy, power generation and distribution, infrastructure and utilities, engineering services, private equity, venture capital, and investment banking. He was formerly an Equity Analyst for Banco Santander, Madrid. He holds a Masters in Philosophy from the University of Navarre, Spain.
JOSE CARLO G. ALCID

Carlo Alcid is an Associate Director of CapMan Consulting and a seasoned executive search professional. He is the firm's industry expert for real estate, construction, airline and aviation, and digital, with knowledge on power generation, retail, and food and beverage industries as well. He has also handled various industries such as power generation, retail, and food and beverage. He has a degree in Human Resource Management from the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. He currently heads CapMan's operations for execution.
JOHN CARLO V. AGREGADO

Johncy Agregado is the Director of Operations of CapMan Consulting. He developed and leads the firm’s banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), financial technology, telecommunications, and digital practices. With over 15 years of combined experience as an HR practitioner and executive search consultant from local and multinational companies, Johncy has built exceptional competence in talent management and acquisition, and key networks with top professionals and entrepreneurs of diverse disciplines.

He was previously the Management Organizational Development Executive for Talent Acquisition at Philip Morris International.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from De La Salle-College of St. Benilde.
